Shipping Policy
Because we are a one-woman shop, all orders are handmade and typically ship within 1 to 2 weeks of your purchase date. We put great care into each piece and work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible. You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.
Processing Time
During online sales, holidays, or busy seasons, processing may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience and will always aim to ship within a 1–2 week window during these times.
Shipping Details
All orders are carefully packaged and shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).
If you prefer a different carrier, please contact us prior to purchase, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Shipping Insurance
Additional shipping insurance is available upon request. If you’d like to add insurance to your order, please contact us for rates before your item ships.
International Orders
International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties that may apply. These charges are determined by your country and are not included in your shipping costs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen during transit unless additional insurance was purchased. That said, we understand how upsetting a missing package can be. Please reach out, and we’ll do our best to help make it right.
